The service
Synckony provides ecommerce data-sync, prediction, and migration services via this website and the Synckony application. By using them you agree to these terms.
Accounts & access
You're responsible for the credentials you connect and for the accuracy of the store data you authorise Synckony to access. You must have the right to connect any store or app you link.
Acceptable use
Don't use Synckony to send unlawful communications or to process data you're not permitted to process. You remain responsible for compliance with marketing and privacy law in your jurisdiction.
Fees
Pricing for pilots, subscriptions, and migrations is set out in your order or quote. Fees are in AUD unless stated otherwise.
Warranties & liability
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited as set out in your order. Nothing here excludes rights that can't be excluded under applicable law.
